Terms of Service

SoleScout is a discovery and price-comparison service. It indexes roughly 258,675 listings from about 589 retailers and shows which stores carry a given style, at what price, in which sizes.

We do not sell products. There is no cart and no checkout. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own website, and your purchase contract — including payment, shipping, warranty, exchanges and returns — is entirely between you and that retailer. We are not a party to it.

Browsing does not require an account. Some features do. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to buy a subscription.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, on the interval shown at checkout — monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, automatically, until you cancel. The price and interval are shown on the pricing page and confirmed before payment.

You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" on the pricing page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

If we change the price of a plan, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.

Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of your billing period — email support@solescout.ai and we will look at it.

Prices and stock are compiled from retailers' own storefronts and change constantly. A listing on SoleScout is a snapshot, not an offer, and we cannot guarantee that a price or a size is still available by the time you click through. Always confirm on the retailer's page before buying. We are not responsible for a retailer's pricing errors, cancelled orders, or stock that sells out between our last update and your visit.

Some outbound links on SoleScout are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking one. This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes how stores are ranked — results are ordered by price, and a partner store is never placed above a cheaper one. Retailers we have an affiliate relationship with are shown by name; the rest are shown as a count and a price until revealed.

Do not scrape, bulk-download or attempt to reconstruct the retailer dataset; do not use automated means to circumvent reveal limits or rate limits; do not resell or redistribute the data without written permission; do not attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts that are not yours.

The public API documented at /for-ai may be used without a key within its published rate limit. Higher volume and the full retailer list require the Business plan. When quoting our data, attribute it to SoleScout and link the product page.

The SoleScout name, site design, and the compiled dataset are ours. Product names, brand names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. SoleScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand or retailer it indexes.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, END ARCHIVE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a purchase you make at a third-party retailer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
